SMW Outbreak is a Mario-themed video game that was inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is suspected that a new virus has already spread throughout the mushroom world; as a result, Bowser's minions are enforcing severe stay-at-home orders in an effort to stop the infection from spreading any further.
