Everyone will like the gameplay in Bob the Robber 1. The two most notable characteristics of the game are stealth and puzzle solving. You'll encounter closed doors, hidden treasures, frightening guards, and vicious guard dogs as you go through the stages! Be silent! Even a single cracking noise might land you in hot water. Your goal is to complete a robbery in each stage without being caught. You'll have to pick the locks on the doors and avoid the guards. Bob, an astute and skilled thief, usually has a trusted lock pick in his pocket. Wait for the right moment to wedge the lock pick into the opening to release the mechanism and pop the door open. Lasers must be turned off on some levels. Locate the fuse box and cut the appropriate cable. The guards are overconfident, and they prefer to stroll around without glancing behind them. That's a flaw! Bob can blend in with the shadows and wait for the appropriate moment to knock the guards out. Bob may continue on his way now that the security personnel have been removed. Things may not go as planned if you are caught on one of the many surveillance cameras! To escape detection, hide in the shadows, duck into a stairwell, or run forward and position yourself precisely underneath the camera. That was a close call! If you set off the alarm, you're unlikely to make it out alive, so be more cautious next time.
